Small Palladian bridge and summerhouse. 1783. By Robert Adam.
Ashlar and stucco, lead roof. Single segmental arched bridge
with tetrastyle Ionic temple facade over centre section,
dentilled entablature, flat roof with 4 face roundels in
frieze and central raised panel over cornice, paterae in
bridge spandrels, wrought-iron handrails span frontage to
fluted circular terminal piers. Inner matching open colonnade
behind footway across bridge fronts tea room which has plain
interior.
