3 houses, now 2 shops and offices. Late C18 and early C19,
with late C19 and late C20 alterations. Brick with hipped and
gabled pantile roofs. Rounded corner, first floor band,
rebated eaves, coped gables, 2 gable and single ridge stacks.
3 storeys; 4 window range with a segment headed glazing bar
sash to left. To its right, a larger margin light sash, and to
right again, 2 smaller glazing bar sashes, the left one a
dummy. The 3 flat headed windows have rubbed brick heads.
Above, a small glazing bar sash, and to its right a larger
sash. To right again, 2 smaller sashes, the left one a dummy.
Below, to left, a segment headed glazing bar sash. To its
right, 2 reeded wooden doorcases with flat hoods on curved
brackets, glazed doors and overlights. To their left, a late
C19 wooden shopfront with panelled pilasters and cornice.
Single pane window. To their right, a late C19 single pane
shop window with plain surround and cornice. Left side, to
Mount Lane, has a glazing bar bow window and to its right a
Yorkshire sash. Above, 2 smaller Yorkshire sashes. Below, a
central brick doorcase with a 2-leaf beaded panelled door and
overlight. To its left, a segment headed Yorkshire sash.
