House. Dated 1831. Flint with gault brick dressings under a slate roof. 2 storeys in 2 bays. C20 glazed door to right of a 6/6 replacement sash window, both openings under segmental arches. 2 similar sashes to first floor. Dentil eaves cornice. Gabled roof with an internal gable-end stack to west. Datestone in east gable head: WSMS 1831.
