GV II

House, now offices. Early C19. Gault brick under a slate roof. 3 storeys in 3 bays. Clasping pilaster strips at corners and rendered platbands at each floor. Central door with 2 vertical panels and one vertical panel to each reveal. Overlight with geometric glazing bars. Simple doorcase. One 4/4 sash right and left under gauged skewback arches. Two 8/8 first-floor sashes and a blind central window, all under gauged skewback arches. Two 4/8 second-floor sashes , a blind central window and gauge arches as before. Gabled roof with internal gable-end stacks north and south. Contemporary 2-storey outshut to rear. Single-storey, one-bay extension added to north gable with a sash window and parapet concealing slate roof.
