Three pairs of semi-detached houses. c. 1840. Stock brick. Low pitched slate roofs with projecting eaves and party wall stacks. Three storeys over basement. Each house is two-window range: 6/6 sashes. Channelled stucco to ground floors, stucco surrounds to first floor windows. Simple door-cases with panelled doors and rectangular over-lights. Cast-iron window-box holders to ground floor windows (and to first floor windows at 122-124) with acanthus-leaf ornament. Cast-iron balconies to 112-118, matching those at 104-110, to which the design of these houses is very similar. Cast-iron railings with finials.
