Detached house. c.1820. Yellow brick set in Flemish bond,
stucco, roof obscured by parapet. Three storeys over basement,
three-window range, double-fronted. Steps up to
segmental-arched entrance with gauged brick head, stucco
architrave, fanlight and double panelled doors of original
design. Ground-floor windows flat-arched with gauged brick
heads and 6/6 sashes set in a recessed segmental-arched panel
with gauged brick head, the arcade linked by a stucco
springing band. All upper windows flat-arched with gauged
brick heads, those to first floor having 6/6 sashes with iron
window guards. Brick corbelled parapet and blocking course.
Side stacks. Single-storey wings to east and west curving
forward with blank segmental arches to south, and stone
parapets. Railings with spearhead and urn finials.
