Small town house. Early C19. Squared coursed local rubble with
keyed segmental arches; dry slate roof; shared rendered rubble
stack on the right. Narrow double-depth plan. 2 storeys;
1-window range. C20 uPVC windows; narrow doorway on the left
with patterned overlight and C20 panelled door approached by
flight of granite steps flanked by original wrought-iron
railings. INTERIOR: not inspected.
