Pair of houses. Early/mid C19. Rendered walls with slate roofs
and rendered end stacks. Double-depth plan, each with one room
to front. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window range. C20 doors with
overlights. No.12 has 2/2-pane sashes with horizontal glazing
bars; No.14 has 1/1-pane sashes. Mid C20 dormers. INTERIOR not
inspected. Included for group value.
