Cottage and adjoining boundary wall. c1770, with addition
c1870. refenestrated mid C20. Coursed squared stone with
pantile roofs, the main roof sprocketed and with a coped
gable. 2 gable, single ridge and rear wall brick stacks. 2
storeys; 1 : 3 windows. To right, 3 wooden cross casements.
Off-centre half-glazed door flanked to right by a 2-light
casement and to left by 2 similar casements. All these
openings have wooden lintels. Higher addition, to left, has a
margin glazed sash and a half-glazed door with overlight and
concrete lintel. Attached boundary wall, coursed squared stone
with half-round tile and brick coping, approx 70m long,
encloses a triangular garden in front of the house.
