Shop and flat. Late C18 and possibly earlier. Timber-framed
and plastered with gabled machine made clay plain tile roof. 2
storeys and attics and of 'T' plan form with rear range of
slightly taller roof line and rendered 'T' shaped stack behind
junction of roofs.
EXTERIOR: front has one gabled dormer, Gothick cusped
bargeboards, finial with pendant. Gable is weatherboarded and
double-hung sash window with 6 square panes. Boxed gutter with
moulded cornice on frieze of little arches. First floor has 2
flush double-hung sash windows each with 16 small square
panes. Ground floor has C19 shop front with fascia, projecting
hood and end consoles over panelled pilasters. Window of 3
lights with top ventilator slots. C19 entrance door of 4
panels with moulded surround. Various C20 rear extensions.
