GV II

Terrace of 4 small town houses. Early C19 on early C17 site.
Granite rubble with granite dressings including 1st-floor sill
string; dry slate roof with slightly-projecting eaves; C20
brick and rendered end and axial stacks. Double-depth plan of
2 pairs with entrances central to each pair and
through-passage (ope) on the left. 2 storeys; overall 7-window
range. 3 blind windows: 1 central over pair of doorways of Nos
88 & 90 (left) and one over each of the other doorways;
otherwise late C19 or C20 four-pane horned sashes; various
early and mid C20 panelled and top-glazed doors except for
wider planked door to ope. INTERIOR not inspected except ope
which has oak lintels on stone corbels to rear of passage
suggesting earlier core.
