GV II

House in row. C18. Painted rubble to ground floor; incised
stucco on studwork above; steep scantle slate roof with brick
end stack on left and axial stack towards right. Single-depth
plan; 2-room-plan house plus service room on the right.
2-storeys; 3-window range. C18/early C19 twenty-pane hornless
sashes to 1st floor and 3 late C19 four-pane hornless sashes
to ground floor; pilastered doorway with triangular pediment,
6-panel door and overlight, towards left making an almost
symmetrical 3-window front with the 1st-floor windows plus bay
on right with ground floor window only. INTERIOR not inspected
but likely to be of interest.
