Attached house, now shop and office. c1763. By Thomas Paty,
refaced 1810. Limestone ashlar, roof not visible. Double-depth
plan. Late C19 shop front with panelled pilaster jambs,
right-hand doorway and C20 plate-glass windows between.
Rusticated quoins to a frieze and cornice and parapet;
architraves with first-floor pediments and plate-glass sashes.
HISTORICAL NOTE: Part of Paty's rebuilding of the centre,
originally in brick and refaced in ashlar.
