House. Probably 1840s. Brick with stone dressings, slate
roof. 2 storeys. 3 x 2 bays. Boxed eaves and decorative
bargeboards. Windows have wedge lintels and are sashed with
glazing bars, but central 1st floor window has architrave,
frieze and cornice. Round-headed entrance has Doric door
case and 6-panel door. Right return to street of 2 bays has
blind windows with wedge lintels with segmental tops.
Attached screen wall of stone has central entrance with
flanking panelled pilasters with gabled finials and gable
between, flanked by round-headed recesses with angle
pilaster, and piers.
