GV II

2 pairs of small town houses. Early/mid C19. Faced killas with
granite dressings; asbestos slate roof to Nos 21 & 23 (left)
otherwise dry slate; brick end stacks, cast-iron ogee gutter
to Nos 21 & 23. Double-depth plan, each with one room to
front. 2 storeys; overall 6-window range. 2 symmetrical
3-window fronts with blind central windows over pairs of
doorways. Original 16-pane hornless sashes except for C20
copies to No.21; original 6-panel doors and squat overlights
except for No.27 where replaced with C20 panelled door. Blind
window of Nos 21 & 23 with relief of 16-pane window painted
on. INTERIOR not inspected. One of a good C19 row.
