Walling, piers and gates. C19. Pair wrought iron gates about 1.5 m x 2.25 m
overall set to sandstone piers 600 mm square x 2.75 m high, heavy cross-gabled
cappings with dentil frieze and simple acroteria at corners in curved flanking
sandstone walls 2.2 m high, pecked surface and dressed margins to courses over
unmoulded plinth and with unmoulded coping, stopped to plain piers 420 mm
square, with plain caps; approx 8 m run in 'S' bend to left pier and approx
2.5 m quadrant to right pier.
