4/2 Independent Congregational Chapel

II

Chapel. Dated 1842 on porch. Stucco, hipped slate roof, centre
stack, capped. 2 storeys. Parapet wall. 3 windows, centre breaking forward, round-
headed with paired round-headed lights and circle above. Flat sillband. Up 6 stone
steps to fielded 3-panel double doors in centre under projectiiig Doric porch with 2
columns, no bases. Lettered "Independent Chapel" on centre bay above cornice.
