Early C20. Four-storey, seven-window, block of flats. Stock brick with stone
dressings; first floor band, first and third floor cill bands, moulded and modillioned
cornice. Hipped pantiled roof. Gauged flat brick arches to sash windows with
glazing bars. Third floor cill brackets with guttae. In three centre bays, second
floor windows have triple keystones; first floor windows have voussoirs and keystone
with large mask. Also on first floor a thick, balustraded balcony on heavy carved
brackets. Ground floor quoined. Modest half glazed door in moulded architrave
at right.
