Early C19. Stucco. With plinth, band and modillion eaves cornice. Wide end pilasters. Three storeys. Three windows, sashes with glazing bars. Door with six fielded panels and good traceried semi-circular fanlight. Slate roof with gable ends. Adjoins No 10.
