House, now offices. Early C19. Stucco, with moulded cornice. Plain-tile roof;
brick ridge stack. L-plan, with wing on right to rear. 3 storeys; 3-window
range. Moulded 5-panelled door on left has overlight with decorative glazing,
panelled reveals and moulded wood doorcase of fluted pilasters with decorated
capitals and open pediment. Wide rusticated rendered cambered carriage arch on
right. Central bow window has fielded panelling to left and right and moulded
entablature; late C20 glazing and fascia. Upper floors have sashes, of 16-panes
to centre, and 6 panes to second floor; rusticated rendered flat arches have
keyblocks. Interior not inspected.
