Probably early C19. Two storey thatched cottage on the edge of the village
and the Downs. Half hipped roof. Rendered rubble. Two windows to south and
large modern ground floor flat roofed extension with entrance etc. Split level
site to north and west (approached by steps up path from Cheney Cottage).
