Detached cottage. C17 and later. Whitewashed flint and brick
enclosing and replacing timber framing. Thatched roof. 1-storey and
attic, 3 bays. Entrance to third bay with central living room and
stack left before first bay. Boarded door and 2-plate glass bay
windows to 1st and 2nd bays, all under continuous tiled roof on
timber posts. 3-light casement to right of door. Three 3-light
casement dormers. Timber framing exposed in both gables. Roof
hipped left, half-hipped right and brick stack. C20 rear wing
behind first bay, with tiled roof and first floor bay window.
