Early C19, probably contemporaneous with shop, established 1824. Painted brick,
low pitched roof behind parapet. 3 storeys, rhomboid plan facing 3 streets, each
front with large shallow panel, borders forming frieze and quoin pilasters. Main
front 2 triple light sash windows under stucco faced lintels. Altered C19 shop
fronts with Doric pilasters, entablatures.
No 30 and Nos 40 to 42 (consec) form a group.
