Dated 1835. Detached Tudor-style villa. Two storeys and attic. Three windows
wide. Steeply pitched red tile roof. Gables with carved wooden bargeboards.
Yellow stock brick with stone dressings. Two and 3 light mullion windows with
4 centred arched heads. Tall octagonal shafted chimneys decorated with moulded
brick patterns. Gabled porch with entrance consisting of a 4-centred arch flanked
by little shafts with capitals. The side elevations have blank lancet niches
as if for statues. The rear elevation is plain.
