Detached cottage. C17. Flemish bond brick, thatched with hip to
right and brick stacks. One bay to east with cross range. One
storey and attic, 1 window. C19 brick front with lean-to
extension, two C20 bay windows and one 3-light leaded casement to
attic. Left return has C20 extension with door and C20 casement,
2-light casement to attic. Left return has external stack. Rear
has outshut and C20 extension.
Interior has chamfered beams, open fireplaces on ground and first
floor with chamfered lintels, winding stairs to south side of
fireplace. Roof with clasped purlins. (Unpublished records of
