C16, early C19. Formerly a terrace of 2 pairs of double-fronted cottages, now 2
dwellings. Two storeys, 9 windows to the ground floor. Continuous thatched roof, hipped at ends. Painted brick walling, cambered openings to the ground-floor. Casements; most of the upper lights are old leaded panes (the 3 to the north side being at the lower level) and the lower are of wood. Three boarded doors in solid frames. The south unit incorporates a late medieval timber-framed hall.
