Early C19, late C19. A large house, now 2 dwellings, having an older part with
extensions on 2 sides of the later period. Two storeys and attic, fenestration now
irregular. Hipped tile roofing, dormers with pediments and sash windows. Rendered
walling, parapet (raised to a pediment in the centre of the symmetrical south
elevation), brick band, much of the first-floor being tile-hung. Sashes in reveals, 2
rectangular brick bays with cornice and pilasters, one angular bay. The main entrance
is a brick porch with a pediment (containing a shield), cornice and pilasters; at the
north side is a later entrance with a brickwork panel enclosing a canopy on brackets.
