9/98 Cowhouse about 15 metres
north-west of Fields End

GV II

Cowhouse. Early C18, with some mid-C20 alterations. Weatherboarded timber-
framing on a coursed rubble ground floor under a slate roof. Two storeys,
the left having two boarded doors with strap hinges and two shuttered windows.
Ground floor has three entrances with wooden architraves, and to right-hand
corner and C20 double garage door. Two open windows to cow-house. Framing:
one rectangular panel high to first floor. Interior has had most of the
floor removed. Included for group value.
