Early C19 house of 2 storeys, 3 windows, Hipped, slated roof with tiled
ridges. Plastered walls. Recessed sash windows with glazing bars in plain
reveals. 6-panel door with patterned, rectangular fanlight in panelled
reveal. Doorcase of reeded pilasters and simple entablature. 1-storey,
1-window extension at left containing door. Return to Hylton Road in similar
style.
