Early C19. 3 storeys; 3 bays. Stucco; modern pantiled roof. Ground floor with
mid-C19 shop front with pilasters, volutes and entablature left and right of a
central entrance to the shop. 1st and 2nd floors with recessed sash windows with
glazing bars, those of the centre windows with 3, those of the 2 outer windows
with 4 panes.

No 16 together with Nos 18 and 20 and No 22 form a group.
