SU 83 NW HEADLEY FRENSHAM LANE

8/26 St. Peters Barn Cottage

House. C17, C18, with C20 restoration. Stone and thatch. A lobby-entrance
timber-framed house, with extension on the north side; front (north west) of 2
storeys, 2 windows. Roof ½-hipped at the south west end, hipped at the north
east and brought to a low eaves, 1 eyebrow dormer; shafted stack. Exposed frame
with stone infilling (some brick, plaster panels), on a stone base, the south
west walling being stonework with framing exposed in the gable. Casements. C20
2-storeyed porch, with hipped thatch roof, and tile-hung above stone walls.
