House. Dated 1778. Rendered with ashlar dressings, Welsh slate roof.
2 storeys, 2 first-floor windows. Rusticated quoins. Central part-glazed
door in moulded eared surround on plinths. Sash windows in ashlar surrounds
with straight tooling and sill bands. Above door, plain ashlar surround to
square sundial, painted with 'J B Sic labitur Aetas GARGRAVE FECIT 1778'.
Shaped kneelers, ashlar coping right. 2 C19 dormer windows. End stacks.
