C18, C19. Two storeys and attic. Symmetrical south-east front of 3 windows. Hipped tile roof, small central hipped dormer with casements. Red brick walling in English bond, first-floor band, rubbed flat arches to the ground-floor, stone cills, plinth. Early C19 sashes in reveals. Later classical doorcase (flanked by narrow windows) with a pediment, console brackets, frieze with vertical grooves, and architrave. Side elevations of 2 windows, with wide (late C19 dormers linked to chimney stacks. Modern lower additions to the rear, in style. Old lead cistern dated 1704.
