Mid C19 - probably circa 1862-66 if built in connection with the adjoining
Primitive Methodist Chapel (To 33 qv). 4 storeys. Bath stone with rustic
quoins, entablature and blocking course. 1 range of tripartite windows with
stone pier mullions glazing bar sashes 2nd floor, rest casements, blocks to
cills on 2nd floor, bracketed stone balcony on 1st floor. Ground floor has
altered shop front carried through from No 37.
