Gravestones and railed enclosure,C17 or late C19.Cut stone;wrought iron.Original recumbent rectangular slab now illegible;the inscription,as transcribed C.1810,copied on a late C19 arched headstone:'Here lies the Body of WILLIAM HESILRIGE Who departed this Life April 12,1681 Aged 88 Years This was Grandson to Esquire,Yet to lie here was his desire;Precious dust lies here enshrin'd Which(friends are asked to bear in mind)All worldly pomp he did abhor And(scorned the vaulted corridor)That dust might here mingle with clay,Till call'd by God on the last day.
