Pair of estate cottages. Circa 1860-70. Coursed squared rubble with freestone
dressings and quoins; Cotswold stone slate roof with overhanging eaves, decorative
bargeboards and finials to the end and centre gables; central clustered ashlar
stack. Plain Tudor Gothic style. 2 storeys. 1:2 (in advanced centre with
2 gables) :1 bays. 2- and 3-light casement windows with chamfered surrounds;
the centre 2 windows have a decorative diamond glazing pattern. Panelled doors
in outer bays under open porches with stone slate roofs.
