Cottage and former smithy. C17 altered mid-C19 and modernised 1980s. Rubble
with Cotswold stone roof; ashlar chimney in east gable. Former cross-gabled
cottage with 'L' plan wing linking with former forge. 2 storeys and attics,
gabled dormer to south and 1 range of windows; 2 windows in L-plan extension,
mid-C19 casements. 1 range of windows and irregular opening in former forge
outbuilding and south which is roofed in corrugated asbestos.
