Formerly brewery building. Early C19. Coursed rubble. Pantiled and stone
slate roof. 2½ storeys. Central door and small flanking sashes. On 1st
floor are a granary door and a Yorkshire sash. 2 small shuttered windows
below eaves. Shuttered window also on left return and large openings with
ventilation slats on 1st floor. Hipped roof with stone slates near eaves and
pantiles above.
