C18. Colourwashed brick. Pitched tile roof. Stone slates above eaves. Red
brick stacks. 2 storeys. Band. Diagonally placed bricks at eaves. 3 ranges
of cased sashes. Door with 2 fielded panels, up 2 steps, in moulded doorcase
with flat hood (with elaborate dentils) on cut brackets.

Nos 1 and 2 Gold Court, Mint House, No 13 and the Horse and Groom Public House
form a group.
