C19. Two storeys, three window ashlar front. Two box dormers. Paired eaves bracket. Moulded stone architraves to sash windows and doorway, the latter having small entablature. Sash windows four panes wide. Six-panelled door, upper four panes fielded; four-light shallow rectangular fanlight. Footscraper. Contemporary door surrounds and fireplaces within.

The Red House, Grey Lodge, Forecourt walls and railings to The Red House, Donore, Wall railings and gate to Donore, Eastbury House, including carriage entrance to east and garden wall to west, Elizabeth House, Bracondale, The Cedars, East Cedars, Garden wall adjoining The Cedars on the west side, Corby House, Hill View Lodge, Masongill, Glenville and Long Street Post Office form a group.
