Detached cottage. Probably C18. Plastered walls, thatched roof, brick stacks. One
storey and attics. Ledged door with small glass panel. Ground floor has one
horizontally sliding sash window with glazing bars and one modern casement. One
small window under eaves at east end. Attic has three half-dormers, one with
horizontally sliding sashes with glazing bars, two with casements retaining some
lead lights.
