Former farmhouse. Circa 1800 and later.
Rendered masonry with black pantile roofs. Rear wing including northernmost bay of facade added to form L plan. Irregular facade of 5 bays of sash windows with glazing bars. Modern broken pedimented porch. Plain pilasters border former 4-bay facade. Brick dentil cornice. Roof hipped at north end. One axial stack formerly gable-end to main block.
Interior with ogee and nicked chamfer stops to principal transverse beams.
Included for group value with "Corner Cottage" 1/16.
