Farmhouse. Early 18th century and later, much modernised. Red brick, plain
tiled and pantiled roofs. Two storeys and cellar, T-shaped plan. Irregular
fenestration to main facade (west); renewed casements of 2,3,4 and 5 lights
with transoms. Segmental heads over openings. Off-centre entrance porch
(opposite chimney stack) with crow-stepped gable on moulded stone kneelers;
elliptical arch over doorway. Stepped gable to south with internal stack.
Roof hipped at North end. Crow-stepped east gable with square bay window
of five lights and 3-light casement above, both with ovolo moulded mullions
and transoms. Colourwashed brick entrance porch in angle with lean-to roof.
Square sided 5-light bay window with hipped roof in south wall. 19th century
service range to north with hipped pantile roof.
