C16 'L'-plan, altered circa l900. Rubble ground floor breaks forward with bay and
blocked door under lean-to supported on timber posts (left hand one a Doric column).
First floor plastered over timber-frame. To first floor a 6-light oak ovolo
mullion window to left and a C19 3-light casement to right. Two storey break to
right with hipped roof and parapet over carriageway. Cotswold stone roof. Above
the cobbled carriageway are C16 moulded beams with chamfered joists and small
dragon-beams to front corners. Evidence of C16 doorway with transom light. Timber-
framed to rear.
