Pair of houses, originally one house. C17 altered in C20. Rubble walls, partly
rendered to Littlecroft and colourwashed to Town Farm. Gable ended asbestos slate
roof. 2 axial rubble stacks with dripcourses and similar lateral stack at rear.
Plan: originally three rooms with through-passage:- lower room to left heated by
rear lateral stack, hall heated by axial stack backing onto passage and inner room
by axial stack at its lower end. Probably divided into 2 properties in circa C20.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Littlecroft to left has 1 window front of late C20 casements
with a C20 lean-to part-glazed porch to left. Town Farm to right has 3 window front
of late C20 2-light casements, the 1st floor windows in half dormers. C19 plank
door to left with chamfered lintel under gabled doorhood.
Interior inaccessible at time of survey but believed to contain old ceiling beams
and other features such as original fireplaces may also survive . Forms a group
with Staddon House and Cottage (q.v.).
