1. GREAT AND LITTLE BOREHAM ROAD 5213 LEIGHS ------------- Lawns Farmhouse TL 71 SW 5/175 29.12.52.

2. A timber-framed and plastered house comprising 2 blocks at right angles to each other, one to the south is of C16 origin and the other is of C17 origin. 2 storeys. The upper storey of the west block is jettied on the south front and the windows are casements. The windows to the south block are C18 or early C19 double-hung sashes with glazing bars. There is a gabled porch with an original window above it. Roofs tiled, with an original diagonally shafted central chimney stack on the south block and half-hipped, with a small gablet at thewest end of the west block. (RCHM 5 Gt Leighs).
