Probably C18 altered, carstone and red brick, buff brick from face, 2 storey, low parapet above cornice. 2 sash windows at 1st floor now without glazing bars. Canted casement bow right, 1st floor cill band. Elliptical arched vehicle way through under, left, with key and springing blocks. Right, wide modern shop front.
