South part: early C19 house, red brick, black glazed pantile roof with gable
ends and overhanging eaves. Two storeys. Two windows, sashes with glazing
bars, ground floor rubbed flat brick arches. Central moulded architrave
doorcase with cornice and panelled door, brick stacks over gable ends.
Adjoining central range to north, early C19, red brick, black glazed pantile
roof with gable ends overhanging eaves with modillions, first floor five sashes
with glazing bars, ground floor entirely taken out and supported on brick
piers. Included for group value.
