SX 69 SW BELSTONE BELSTONE

3/15 Perrymans Cottage

GV II

Cottage. Probably C18. Plastered granite stone rubble with cob on wall tops;
granite stack with plastered (probably brick) top; thatch roof.
Plan: 2-room plan cottage facing north-east. The left room is heated by an end
stack. 2 storeys.
Exterior: Irregular front fenestration; 2 ground floor and one first floor window,
all C20 casements with glazing bars. Central front doorway contains a C20 door in a
contemporary gabled and slate-roofed porch. Roof is gable-ended to left and half-
hipped to right.
Interior: was not accessible for inspection at the time of this survey.
