Ivy farmhouse

House of late C17/C18. Coursed rubble stone and C20 tile roof to front,
Collyweston slate to rear, with brick centre right ridge and end stacks.
1½ storeys with wing projecting in centre, gable facing. From left:
10/10 sash window with 5/10 sash dormer over; 4-panelled door with similar
dormer over; 10/10 sash on wing left return; on wing front a basement
window, blocked ground floor window and 3/6 sash over; and on main front
to right a 10/10 sash with 5/10 sash dormer over. Inside chamfered beams,
and inglenook with cambered beam, small late C17/C18 staircase and cellar
hewn out of rock below.
